4. Global Ethanol, Riga Twp - operating

5. Marysville Ethanol, Marysville - operating 6. Liberty Renewable Fuels, Ithaca - construction started, but has stopped.  An application for changes to the proposed plant is under review 7. NextGen Energy, Watervliet - may be under construction 8. NextGen Energy, McBain - may be under construction 9. E85, Inc., Corunna - this may have been cancelled
